Hello, and thanks for visiting our webpage! Together with my husband, Braden Shramek, and I, Katelyn Shramek, we make up Shramek Capital LLC.

My husband, Braden, is the brains of the operation and started this STR journey back in November of 2019 when he started leasing his first property in Lawrence, KS. Braden graduated from the University of Kansas (ROCK CHALK) in 2020 with a degree in Industrial Design and decided to take a turn away from design and try out the rental market his last year of college. It’s safe to say he loved the idea of real estate and decided to dive right in.

While my husband is the brains of the operation, I quickly grew interested in the business when he asked me to help him set up his first little 2 bedroom 1 bathroom triplex in Lawrence. I graduated from the University of Missouri (MIZ) in May of 2021 with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Finance and Banking.

2021 was a HUGE year for us as we bought our first big listing down at the Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri we like to call “Spindrifter”. Within the first year of having this property on the rental market we were awarded with "SuperHost" status on Airbnb and "Premier Host" status on VRBO, along with a handful of GREAT reviews.

Our goal is to keep growing and expanding at The Lake of the Ozarks as well as all over the country.
